This diet is researched according to the principle, that not eating with the aim to lose weight in fact has an opposite effect. The famishing man is physically and emotionally handicapped and becomes nervous and irritable. The basic principle in the diet is a balanced food regime with a reduced intake of calories. If the diet is combined with a moderate physical exercise, the results should be constant loss of weight without negative reflections in the way we look like: loss of muscle mass, shaggy and aged skin, tired and shine less hair. The aim of the diet is to clean up all the excessive fats while the organism is provided with the necessary proteins, carbohydrates and minerals. Forget the delusion that during a diet, carbohydrates should not be taken in, because this means to deprive yourselves from energy. In addition, fats burn only in the presence of carbohydrates. If you remember that you must have at least 5 food intakes, distribute the mentioned quantities according to your time and lifestyle. We advise you to prepare a weekly menu, which will be useful for the days of the diet. Everyday are obligatory:
1. 400g vegetables - potatoes, corn, beans and peas are not forbidden but they have to be in a restricted amount. Vegetables should be consumed fresh or steam stewed.
2. 300g fruits - during the diet forget about grapes, bananas and all dried fruits.
3. 200g fish or meat without fats-these products must be boiled or roasted.
4. Loaf of corn bread.
5. 1 whole boiled egg - in the morning with the breakfast.
6. 450ml fresh milk - split it into 3 intakes until 16 o’clock.
7. Vegetable oil or olive oil (15g).
8. Low fat cream (30g).
The energy value of all these products is 1000 calories. It is rather a decreased intake and therefore, this food regimen should be restricted to 21 days. After the end of the 3-week cycle the energy value of the food should be gradually increased and go up to 1700. The increase should not exceed 150-170 calories a day. Restrict salt to the maximum. Drink enough water.
