Vitamins form B group formula - fat melting

The diet is based on B vitamins. The vitamins from B group are biological catalysts for metabolism. They facilitate the absorption of amino acids and hinder the storage of fatty cells. They are contained mostly in dairy products, mushrooms, pork, fish, grapes and citruses, peas and potatoes.

 

DURING ALL DAYS

Breakfast: 1 orange, 2 spoonfuls of muesli with a cup of yoghurt (1.5% fats)

10 o’clock: 1 cup of yoghurt.

16 o’clock: 1 cup of yoghurt with a spoonful of flax seed.

 

1st DAY

Lunch: Roast 100g of pork. Stew 200g carrots in a spoonful of oil and add lemon juice, a pinch of salt and a coffee cup of vegetable soup.

Dinner: Stew 150g mushrooms with a spoonful of oil, lemon juice, black pepper and a pinch of salt. Slice on cubes 30g of cow cheese and add into the lukewarm mushrooms. Adorn with 100g lettuce (or turnips). Eat a loaf of black bread.

 

2nd DAY

Lunch: Boil 2 eggs, slice them into halves and remove the yolks. Mix them with a half spoon of margarine and a spoonful of creamy cheese. Return the mixture to the eggs. Add a cup of soy burgeons, which you have previously prepared (put the soy seeds between a wet napkins for а day). Spill them with lemon juice and add a spoonful of almond oil.

Dinner: Slice into stripes 1 red pepper and one green. Add slices of apples and kiwi and 30g cubed yellow cheese. Pour a dressing from a spoonful of oil and 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce. Eat a loaf of full-corn bread.

 

3rd DAY

Lunch: Roast 100g fish fillet and garnish with a salad made from 200g spinach and a handful of green bean corns, previously stewed. Add 30g boiled rice and pour the whole dish with lemon juice and 2 spoonfuls of oil.

Dinner: Slice on cubes 100g of ham, 1 apple on pieces and a stick of leek on circles. Mix well and add a cup of soy and lentil burgeons. Souse the salad with a spoonful of milky mayonnaise and 3 spoonfuls of lemon juice. At the end add 20g of yellow cheese. Eat a loaf of black bread too.
